New client: one €30 credit against the first month of a plan of at least €149, after approval and payment.
Referral: €25 each
After the new client pays two months, each receives €25 towards future fees. Valid six months; once per new client, no self-referrals.
Two nearby homes: −10%
10% off the second plan’s base fee, in the same residence and on the same round, while both are active and paid. Supplements excluded.
A seasonal pair: −10%
Opening and closing booked together: 10% off our fee for the second visit, after completion and payment of the first.
Benefits verified in the quote; cannot be combined on the same line. Purchases, travel and third-party bills excluded. No cash payout; unearned benefits are removed before approval if eligibility changes. Existing contracts are unchanged.
