What a visit includes

Every plan follows the same protocol: accessible rooms, water points, power and visible equipment alerts, ventilation when appropriate, mail collection, closing checks and a report. Inaccessible areas are marked as unchecked. Equipment handling follows your instructions; invasive fault diagnosis is not included.

Choosing visit frequency

Proposed plans include 1, 2 or 4 visits per month. Frequency depends on absence periods, the property and its equipment; it is not a guarantee against damage. Four monthly visits do not automatically mean a visit every week of the year. Your offer defines the schedule.

Reports and owner decisions

Your portal holds checks, relevant photos, observations and requests. Repair work is separate: a quote names the provider, fees and total for approval. A note or preferred budget does not authorise additional spending. Automatic notifications are not yet connected.

Pricing and getting started

The schedule separates apartments up to 50, 100 and 150 m², and houses up to 120, 250 and 400 m². Choose 1, 2 or 4 monthly visits. Grounds, pools and outbuildings are detailed on the pricing page. Base area: Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan. Final quotation before approval.
