Preparing your arrival at a Riviera villa
Useful preparation starts with clear requirements, not an undefined all-inclusive package. Gather this information before requesting a quote.
Dates guests and services
Give the local arrival date and time in 24-hour format, guest count and rooms to prepare. Separate cleaning, linen changes and equipment checks. Provider attendance uses a confirmed slot, not a promise of immediate service.
Purchases and welcome details
For groceries, list items, quantities, relevant allergies and budget. For flowers, give style, budget, card message and date. Purchases and coordination fees are separate in the quote; a more expensive substitution needs renewed approval.
Confirm rather than assume
Check the approved quote, providers and actually booked tasks. In the portal, received only means the request is saved. The report confirms completed actions and outstanding items. Transfers, cars and chefs have their own availability and terms.
