With a house, the grounds matter too.
Visual walk of accessible grounds up to 500 m² included. Over 500–1,500 m²: +€20 per visit; over 1,500–3,000 m²: +€40. Visual pool observation: +€10 per visit. Outbuildings: +€15 each per visit, up to two. Exterior time is added to indoor time and agreed in the quote.
Above 150 m² for apartments, 400 m² for houses, 3,000 m² of grounds, two floors or two outbuildings: a custom quote. Other towns, complex access, large terraces and communal pools require assessment. Room count helps plan the visit; it is not a second area charge.
Mowing, pruning, pool cleaning and treatment, repairs and purchases are excluded from the visual round. All seven basic checks and a report apply to every plan; agreed checks are not skipped to meet a timer. Four visits a month do not mean 52 a year.
One-off request, separate quote.
Remote coordination: proposed base of €35 for the first 30 minutes, then €15 for each additional started and approved 15 minutes. On-site attendance: €49 for the first 45 minutes, then €20 for each additional started and approved 30 minutes. Applicable taxes included.
The quote separates our fee, any travel and waiting, purchases and professional invoices. It sets the approved ceiling, provider, responsibilities and cancellation terms. No double charging the same time or overrun without new approval. No automatic weekend surcharge.
