Villa concierge and arrival preparation
A villa needs a precise programme: outbuildings, terraces, pools, gardens and providers differ from a simple apartment. We first separate our visit tasks from specialist work.
Before you arrive
We collect arrival time, guest count, cleaning, linen, groceries and flowers separately. Home settings follow verified instructions. A preferred slot is not a confirmed reservation: availability and price are approved first.
Pool and garden
Visual observation does not replace pool maintenance, water testing or a gardener’s work. A specialist quote sets scope, frequency and provider. Chemicals, repairs and consumables are not implicitly included in a home-care plan.
Meeting tradespeople
Our attendance can facilitate access and practical follow-up for approved work. It is not technical acceptance or construction supervision. The quote distinguishes a direct provider contract from work subcontracted by Maison Aurel; responsibilities differ.
What is outside scope
The initial service excludes Airbnb management, tenant searches, rent collection and security monitoring. A post-storm visit is an individual request subject to access and availability, not an alarm response. Transfers, car rental and chefs are sourced from professionals by quotation.
